Our "Mix Cocktail Bars" brand started its first venue within the pour house and has now had subsequent openings in Winchester, Reading and a 4th venue planned for 2009.

Our cocktails not only use premium products but are also accompanied by humorous knowledge and banter from these award-winning mixologists. Although we feature over 45 cocktails within our pour house drinks menu volume 9, they can produce over 800.

Rather than presenting a dry list, each menu heading contains a general description of the kind of drink, and then you discuss your exact requirements with our staff.

Our local wine experts Auriol Wines from Hartley Wintney work hard to compile our small but diverse list of wines that bring together many of our favourite names from around the globe. While some of the producers are better known than others, the huge amount of love, blood, sweat and tears invested in order to make great wine is common to all.
